2. Cancel membership
Do you want to cancel your At Risk membership?
You must cancel your membership before December 1st of the current calendar year. Your membership will then be valid until December 31st.
For cancellation you have to send an e-mail to: [email protected].
We will confirm your cancellation. Without confirmation your cancellation is not documented and therefore not valid. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the membership administration.
The following also applies:
· if you cancel after December 1st, the full annual membership fee for the following year is due, regardless of whether you actually use the membership;
· cancellation does not apply to persons who have indicated in advance that they are a member until 31 December of the current year;
· when moving, long-term injury, illness or otherwise, At Risk will not return part of the annual contribution; refund is therefore not an issue.
